Starting January 21, 2020, SiliconSage Builders, owner of the fire station building and property located at 37412 Fremont Boulevard in the Centerville Community Plan Area, is offering to sell the fire station building only (property would be retained by SiliconSage Builders) for the price of $1.00 for a period of sixty (60) days to any party willing to move the fire station building off of the site at the party’s own expense in a reasonable period of time to be determined in conjunction with the project construction schedule.
The offer to sell the fire station building is in fulfillment of a Mitigation Measure of SiliconSage Builder’s mixed use project that was approved by the City Council on March 19, 2019. (View Item 5A under Scheduled Items for SiliconSage Centerville Mixed-Use Project on the City Council Meeting Agenda.)
The approved project includes demolishing existing buildings on an approximate 4.5 acre site to construct a multi-story building of 93 rental apartment units, including a number of affordable rental housing units, over 26,000 square feet of retail ground floor space in a mixed-use building along Fremont Boulevard, and 72 residential townhouse units at the rear of the mixed-use building along Jason Way.
Should you be interested in purchasing and moving the fire station building, please call Shaivali Desai of SiliconSage Builders at 408-630-0923 or send an email. The offer to sell the fire station building will end sixty (60) days from January 21, 2020, which is on March 21, 2020 at 5:00 pm.
