Lakeside Village

An Outdoor Summer Adventure Program for 10-12 year olds

Lakeside Village Adventure meets at the Fremont Community Center Lobby in Central Park at Lake Elizabeth, and will keep active children on the run with a host of great outdoor activities such as:
  • Backpacking
  • Biking
  • Cooking
  • Field Trips
  • Fishing
  • Games
  • Hiking
  • Nature Crafts
  • Special Events
  • Sports
  • Swimming
  • Team Building
  • Wildlife Exploration 

Participants need to bring a bag lunch each day. A snack is provided daily. 

Location

 
Lakeside Village is located at the Fremont Community Center at Central Park, 40204 Paseo Padre Parkway Map of Central Park in Fremont.

Volunteer

 
Volunteering through the Teen Recreation Leadership Academy at Lakeside is a great way to earn community service hours and learn new job skills for teens 16 and older.

Camp Dates

 
These are week long camps beginning at 8 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m.
  • June 30- July 3 (no camp July 4)
  • July 7-11
  • July 14-18
  • July 21-25
  • July 28- August 1
  • August 4- 8 
  • August 11-15

Twilight Zone extended care is available for all weeks of camp and runs 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

NOTE: Lakeside Village does not provide equipment for specific activities such as biking, skating and fishing.  Children will need to provide their own equipment for these types of activities.

Lakeside Village will participate with Sunnyside Daycamp for some special events.
