At the P.F. Chang Restaurant in Pacific Commons Shopping Center at Auto Mall Parkway and Christy Street.
The “Chang Horse” is a polymer resin sculpture used as an icon by the P.F. Chang Restaurant chain. The horses usually are located at the entrances to the restaurants to stand guard over the guests. The work was created by a design team headed by Dennis Hopper of Hopper Finishes LLC, Scottsdale, AZ, and symbolizes the original Forbidden City in China built for China’s first emperor, Qin Shi Huangdi. Privately owned.
