Financial Navigator Service Available to All Alameda County Residents

Are you having issues with your finances?  Has COVID-19 put you or your family in a tight financial situation? Need help with prioritizing payments for expenses such as housing, food, and insurance?  Financial Navigators are available over the phone to help all residents of Alameda County access available programs and services to manage income disruptions and other financial concerns. 

Residents can access these remote services by completing an online form or calling the Fremont Family Resource Center at 510-574-2000 to sign up.

Fremont Family Resource Center Begins Re-Opening

The FRC Buildings are now open to the public Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Although both buildings are unlocked, the FRC is a collaborative of 23 agencies that are separate entities with different reopening schedules. Some agencies are Open with appointments and are seeing walk-in visitors, while others are open By Appointment Only or By Phone Only. COVID-19 safety protocols have been implemented and face coverings are required for entry into the building. Mask dispensers, hand sanitizing stations and temperature screening kiosks are available at each of the buildings’ main entrances.
