Financial Navigator Service Available to All Alameda County Residents
Are you having issues with your finances? Has COVID-19 put you or your family in a tight financial situation? Need help with prioritizing payments for expenses such as housing, food, and insurance? Financial Navigators are available over the phone to help all residents of Alameda County access available programs and services to manage income disruptions and other financial concerns.
Residents can access these remote services by completing an online form or calling the Fremont Family Resource Center at 510-574-2000 to sign up.

The Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) building located at 39155 Liberty Street which houses 23 State, County, City and non-profit organizations is closed to drop-in visitors. Most agencies will be working remotely. For general inquiries, City staff will be responding to messages on the FRC main phone line. Please call 510-574-2000.

Telecare Support and Resources
FRC City Office (Suite A110) will be closed to the general public. For families seeking support please call the Family Support Servicesphone line at 510-574-2000. Telecare support and resources will be offered remotely by Family Support Coordinators.
CalWORKs participants in need of counseling services can call 510-574-2023. Ongoing clients will be offered Telecare services.
To help you file your tax returns, United Way Bay Area’s Earn It, Keep It, Save It Coalition is providing access to free online tax preparation programs. For a list of other VITA sites in the San Francisco Bay Area, go to https://uwba.org/tax-help/
