Emergency Home Repair Program

The City of Fremont contracts with Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley to administer the Housing Rehabilitation and Minor Home Repair Program. The program assists low-income homeowners maintain their owner-occupied properties. Eligible homeowners will be provided with deferred low interest loans or grants to pay for substantial rehabilitation, minor home repair, energy efficiency, accessibility, exterior paint, and more. Eligible properties include single-family, duplexes, and mobile homes.
