All applications must be returned to the Plans & Permit Counter 1) in person or 2) by mail to:

Fremont, CA 94538

OR 3) by email to mwilliams@fremont.gov.  Emailed applications MUST be accompanied by a completed credit card authorization form.

Payment is due upon submission.  Upon receipt of your application, the City will assign a coordinator to help guide you through the permit process. This coordinator will inform you of all the required documents needed (insurance, site plans, traffic plans, parking plans, garbage plans, etc).
