The FCAC’s mission is to further and support the practice and enjoyment of the fine arts in the Fremont community. In addition to active sponsorship of activities such as art in the schools, the Fremont Cultural Arts Council provides a “clearinghouse” for the Arts and other charitable and non-profit activities in the area, helping these organizations to avoid event scheduling conflicts and publishing a calendar of events via our newsletter, the Fremont Focus, and on the FCAC website. The 24th Annual Juried Photography Exhibit for Fremont residents and Fremont photography club members will be held from March 24th, 2018 to April 21, 2018. The exhibit opening is planned for Saturday, March 24th, from 6:30-8:30 pm and photographs selected by the panel of judges will be on display on the second floor of the Fremont Main. The event is a joint venture with Fremont Cultural Arts Council (FCAC) and the City of Fremont. The small entry fee will be used for basic material costs and prize money for the merit award winners.
