The 4-acre park will be located at the corner of Dusterberry Way and Peralta Blvd.and is in the planning stage. The building will eventually be demolished and the concrete and asphalt removed to make way for a park that serves the residents in the neighborhood.
The City is interested in gathering feedback from nearby residents about the features they would like to see in the park that will provide them opportunities for informal recreation, leisure, and fitness.
Please attend meetings if you would like to provide input.
At this community meeting, we will present the Preferred Plan for the park.
The Preferred Plan is the synthesis of community input provided from community comments and designs, including results from the February 9th charrette and March 6 discussion on concept plans ‘Railroad’, ‘Rose Gate’, and ‘Sunburst’.
This is the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the Preferred Plan prior to our presentation to the City of Fremont Recreation Commission in June 2019 for plan approval.
Your continued input is valuable to us. We look forward to seeing you at the presentation and hearing your comments.
