About the Park

The 4-acre park will be located at the corner of Dusterberry Way and Peralta Blvd. The building will be demolished and the concrete and asphalt removed to make way for a park that serves the residents in the neighborhood. 


Dusterberry Neighborhood Park construction is slated to begin in the Fall of 2021 with a projected completion by late Summer of 2022.

The Dusterberry Neighborhood Park Project is out for public bid. Award of Project by City Council is anticipated in November 2021. Additional information can found at Dusterberry Neighborhood Park Construction

Phase 1 - Demolition

December 2020 (Completed)

Work involved the demolition of six (6) existing structures, environmental abatement and removal of in-ground automotive hoists, removal of underground utilities, and the removal of miscellaneous concrete and asphalt parking lot. The site is graded and stabilized for winter.

Final Master Plan
