The 4-acre park will be located at the corner of Dusterberry Way and Peralta Blvd. The building will be demolished and the concrete and asphalt removed to make way for a park that serves the residents in the neighborhood.
Phase 1 Demolition is near complete. Work involved the demolition of six (6) existing structures, environmental abatement and removal of in-ground automotive hoists, removal of underground utilities, and the removal of miscellaneous concrete and asphalt parking lot. The site will be graded and stabilized for winter.

Phase 2 Update:
The second phase will involve the construction of the approved Dusterberry Neighborhood Park Master Plan. This phase is currently in the design stage with a tentative start of construction anticipated for in Summer 2021.
