**Construction Notice for Development Services Center**

On Monday, September 30, a new roof installation will begin for the Development Services Center. This will be an ongoing project over the next few months. You may experience limited parking space and construction noise when visiting the building. We will do our best to limit the disruption, and we appreciate your patience during this time

**Important Notice: Limiting Weight of Building Plan Sets**

The Development Services Center is implementing a 20-pound weight limit for building plans sets. Plans must be rolled and bound separately. Two or more sets rolled together cannot exceed 20 pounds. Single plan sets that exceed 20 pounds must be separated into volumes. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit. We appreciate your patience in implementing this new process.
