Indoor Sports Jam is the perfect way to spend the summer at two great locations! Play a variety of sports with friends and meet new friends, while jammin to music! Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Soccer, Kickball, Baseball, and Dodgeball are just some of the sports we will play. Come enjoy a week of great sports fun with our friendly staff! Children are split up by ages and skill level. We will also have an arts ‘n’ craft portion of the day and watch a movie for about 30 mins/per day/per AM and PM session. Bring a snack for the AM and PM, along with a lunch if you are attending the Full Day! Don’t miss out on hanging with your friends! Wear athletic clothing and shoes.

Tennis in the morning and Water park in the afternoon. Each camper will receive a Camp T-Shirt, player evaluation and enjoy the water park each afternoon. Campers will enjoy quality tennis instruction from City of Fremont Certified staff in the morning. In the afternoon campers will be supervised while cooling down and enjoying the Aqua Adventure Water Park. Bring a lunch, water, and sunscreen!
Ultimate Sports Camp
How will your child spend their summer? Have them spend their summer with us. The Ultimate Sports Camp is held at Central Park, which allows us to utilize everything that the park has to offer, to put together a fantastic learning experience for all campers. Ultimate Sports Camp is best suited for beginner to intermediate level campers, but our staff has the necessary experience and training to challenge campers of all ability levels. Staff will teach traditional sports and non-traditional games that improve coordination and cardio fitness. These weeks will include field trips to Fremont Park Golf and Practice Center, Aqua Adventure Water Park and Fremont animal shelter. FULL DAY CAMPERS: Bring water, snack & lunch. BBQ lunch will be provided on Friday. Registrants may enroll in Central Park Extended Care from 3:00-6:30PM. HALF DAY CAMPERS: Bring water & snack. Great fun with great friends! Come join the excitement and strengthen your basketball skills. Participants will work on ball handling, shooting, passing, and play lots of fun games. Warm ups and stretching, then an emphasis on skills followed by playing games at the end of the day. Each registrant will get a camp T-shirt! We have teamed up with professional skateboarding legend, Jordan Richter, to provide a world class skateboarding camp program Get ready to enjoy the freedom of rolling, turning, and catching air at the Fremont Skatepark! The Jordan Richter Skateboarding Academy provides a holistic approach to learning the basic fundamentals of skateboarding. By creating challenging and exciting lesson plans that make learning to skateboard fun, safe and easy. Each lesson plan is tailored to fit each level of rider; whether one is a beginner or an expert skater. Our methods of teaching work to create a strong foundation of skills and confidence which will give each rider a more safe and positive skateboarding experience! Pads and helmets are required for all participants. Loaner pads and helmets are available for those who need them. All participants bring their own board, lunch, and water each day. Jordan can give recommendations in advance for the proper kind of board to have for optimum use! Campers will learn to play tennis culminating in a friendly team competition on the last day of camp. This camp is run by City of Fremont instructors that have undergone extensive training based on the USTA National Player Development coaching philosophies and methodology. - Specialized Volleyball Camps designed for all levels of volleyball. Camps are taught by former Stanford Women's Club head coach, certified club coach, and City of Fremont staff! We have created camps designed around Skills and Drills, Offense/Defense, and Game Day. Skills and Drills will focus on individual development with lots of drills to help perfect the basics. Offense/Defense will focus on team concepts of offensive and defensive strategies. Game Day will incorporate both prior weeks and is tailored to putting it all together in live action games. These one week camps are designed to complement each other, and players are encouraged to register for all three weeks. Players will be divided by experience, age and friendships. Players will review the basics, have sufficient practice time during the camps to make sure they get a chance to perfect these skills, and continue to improve on their individual skill base.
- 2-weeks: Get the most out of a progressive two week long complete camp designed around skill development for any level incorporating drills and live action. Introduction to offensive and defensive concepts, and combining it all together with some fun live team play. Competitive Soccer Camp
This summer, the City of Fremont and US Sports Coaching will be offering a soccer camp for experienced players looking for a competitive level camp. Every day of the week the players go through a new technical skill. Mondays is always dribbling, followed by passing, shooting, other various skills and we finish on Fridays with World Cup Day, which is all scrimmaging. Throughout the week, campers play in mini and larger scrimmages to teach the skill/technique they have learned that day in a game setting. The USSC staff is made up of American, British, European and South American backgrounds with a playing background and licensing for top level soccer instruction. Each camper will receive a camp shirt for their participation. Shin Guards and rubber cleats are required. Please bring plenty of water and a snack. Summer Lacrosse Academy
Lacrosse has been called the fastest game on two feet. So come check out the fastest growing sport in the United States. The Fremont Summer Lacrosse Academy provides a fun and instructive camp that has been designed by Santa Clara University Lacrosse Coach Greg Mengis. Coach Mengis and his certified and experienced group of lacrosse instructors will coach the academy participants to help develop fundamental lacrosse skills such as passing, catching, shooting, and scooping ground balls. Summer Lacrosse Academy is a great way to try out the game for the first time, or to warm up your skills to prep for the upcoming lacrosse seasons! This camp is for both boys and girls, and all basic equipment is provided. Players will also receive a Fremont Lacrosse T-shirt to keep for their participation. Make sure to bring water. Junior Golf Camp
With years of experience in Junior Golf Camps, our instructors and assistants provide a fun atmosphere for learning the golf swing fundamentals, sportsmanship, rules and etiquette. By the end of camp, your child will know how to play golf safely and with noticeable improvement. Registration includes NCGA membership for all students into the YOUTH ON COURSE program. If you need to rent clubs, please contact the golf course directly at 510-790-1919 to make necessary arrangements. Club rentals are available for $25 per week. Please note: Full day campers play the course daily from about 1-2:30 PM and should bring a lunch. Bring water and wear sunscreen. This Mixed Boys and Girls Summer camp will focus on tumbling, trampoline, balance beam and bars skills. This camp is geared for the beginning gymnast. Students will be introduced to coordination and flexibility training skills as they learn various methods to participate in these structured gymnastics development camps. Kids will also enjoy fun gymnastic games. Bring 1 drink and snack. Please Note: Due to the need of using chalk on the major equipment, there may be chalk dust in the air.
