CRIL empowers, supports, and teaches skills to persons with disabilities so that they may more effectively participate in daily community and life activities. CRIL teaches and advocates for change to remove barriers to access for persons with disabilities. Services include housing, personal assistant services, assistive technology, peer support, advocacy, independent living skills training, information and referral, employment services, benefits counseling, and other services related to disability issues.

Senior Program: Provides one-on-one services, community education workshops, and recreation to deaf seniors at the Fremont Senior Center and at the Fremont Oak Gardens. Services include communication access, independent living skills, I&R, peer counseling, and advocacy.
