Fremont’s New Senior Affordable Housing Project Opening Soon

Affordable Senior Housing

Construction is almost complete on a new senior affordable housing project in Fremont, Pauline Weaver Senior Apartments. This new complex, formerly known as Mission Court, is located at 47003 Mission Falls Court in Fremont’s Warm Springs area. The project was built in partnership with Eden Housing and includes 90 units for seniors who earn between 30% and 50% of the Area Median Income. (View income requirements online.)

Leasing activities for Pauline Weaver Senior Apartments will begin in September 2018. If you are interested in applying, please sign up for the City's Senior Affordable Housing Interest List on our website. Application information will be emailed to subscribers on Monday, August 27, 2018.
