Online Permitting Services with Citizen Access

Citizen Access

Check out Fremont’s Citizen Access, an online tool that provides several services, including searching for permitting information on a specific property, checking on the status of a permit, requesting a building inspection, and submitting a concern to the City’s Code Enforcement team.

Citizen Access is quick, convenient, and easy to use. The first step is to create an account. To get started, visit Citizen Access. If you have questions, feel free to check out our Citizen Access Guide. It provides step-by-step directions on how to set up and manage a user account, search permits, combine related permits into a collection, schedule inspections, and problem-solve common issues.

If you have further questions, email the Community Development Department or 510-494-4443.
