Breakfast with BankWork$

Start the day off with breakfast on us and learn how you can jumpstart your career in the financial services industry. Join the Fremont Family Resource Center at our Breakfast with Bankwork$ information session on Wednesday, November 28 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. located at the Fremont Family Resource Center, 39155 Liberty St. in the Millenium Conference Room. Learn more about the BankWork$ Career Training Program, a free job training program with non-profit partner JVS in coordination with top Bay Area banks.

To secure your spot for Breakfast with Bankwork$ to learn more information about the BankWork$ Career Training program please RSVP online by Monday, November 26 at 5 p.m. For questions, please contact Carolyn Robertson at 510-574-2003.

Eligibility requirements for the BankWork$ Career Training program include:

• Age 18 or older

• High school diploma or GED

• English literacy (bilingual a plus)

• Eligible to work in the US

• Minimum of 6 months’ customer service experience

This 6-week training program will begin on December 17 and will be held Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through January 31, 2019, with days off for holidays. The program will prepare participants for entry-level positions in sale and service such as teller, customer service representative, and personal banker. The Graduation Ceremony ends in a Hiring Fair.
