The Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, in partnership with Asian Health Services, the Regional Pacific Islander Taskforce, Bay Area Community Health, Color and the City of Fremont, has announced new details about free COVID-19 testing in Fremont.
On Saturday, September 19, and Saturday, September 26, between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, walk-up COVID-19 testing will be offered by Asian Health Services at the Fremont Family Resource Center (39155 Liberty Street, Fremont) at the intersection of Capitol Avenue and Liberty Street. Testing is available via appointment only by calling 510-735-3222 or by registering online.
Drive through and walk-up COVID-19 testing by appointment is also available at Bay Area Community Health (39500 Liberty Street, Fremont), Monday through Saturday, between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm by calling 510-770-8040.
At both locations testing is available for anyone 13 or older. You do not need a doctor’s note or insurance, and you will not be asked about immigration status.
