City of Fremont Development Services Center Remains Closed Until Further Notice

The City’s Development Services Center will remain temporarily closed to continue to limit the spread of COVID-19. The majority of City staff will be working remotely. Protecting the health of employees and the community remains the top priority for the City.

The Development Services Center will remain closed until further notice. Updates on reopening will be made available on the Center’s webpage. The Center, located at 39550 Liberty Street, is the City’s one-stop shop for accepting, reviewing, and approving permit applications and construction documents for all types of projects.

Construction projects are still allowed to proceed in Fremont per State and Alameda County guidelines. To help projects move forward, the City is encouraging the public to use the following online permit services:
