COVID-19 Testing in Fremont

Details about no cost COVID-19 testing is available for the community and include the following details:

  • Testing is available for anyone 13 or older.
  • You do not need a doctor’s note or insurance.
  • You will not be asked about immigration status.

The City of Fremont Community Services Department has partnered with the Alameda County Public Health Department and local agencies to provide COVID-19 testing sites at Fremont parks:

Asian Health Services

Asian Health Services continues to provide COVID-19 testing and outreach to the community at the Los Cerritos Community Park, 3377 Alder Ave. on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following days:

  • November 28
  • December 5
  • December 12
  • December 19
  • December 26

Testing is by appointment only and can be scheduled by visiting the Asian Health Services website or by calling the COVID-19 Helpline at 510-735-3222.

Bay Area Community Health (BACH)

Bay Area Community Health (BACH) is scheduled to provide COVID-19 testing at two additional park sites in December from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following days:

  • Central Park – December 7, 8, 9, and 10
  • Centerville Community Park – December 15, 16, 17

Appointments are required. Visit the BACH website for complete details. 

Bay Area Community Health (BACH) also offers COVID-19 testing on the following days and location in Central Fremont:
