The old system is about 20 years old and will no longer be supported. The new system (ActiveNet) is a cloud based platform. New features include: enhanced search functions, google maps integration, instructor information, calendar sync, and more.
The City's Age Well Centers began using a new system to allow customers to perform transactions online such as buying a membership, purchasing a meal, registering with the center, and signing up for a class more easily. The new system also allows the center to go paperless, which is more environmentally friendly and track all transactions more uniformly and securely.

Refunds are allowed if requested up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the activity. As always, a $10 per class withdrawal fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to four weeks for receipt of refund by check.
Transfers are allowed up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the class. There is no charge for this service.

We reserve the right to cancel an activity for any reasonable cause. Should this happen, you will be refunded in full or you may transfer to any open activity. You can use your credit online. Or to request a refund back to the original method of payment, please email staff at RegeRec@fremont.gov.
Now that you have registered your child you will receive a Google Classroom invite from one of the Tiny Tot Instructors. Please make sure the email you have listed on your Regerec account is correct as we will use the one you have on file.
Email invitations will go out 2-3 days prior to the first day of class. If you register over the weekend or a day before the class, we will get you the information as soon as we can.
Tiny Tots teachers will provide a listof supplies needed for the month in their Calendar of activities listed on theGoogle Classroom site.
On meeting days, Tiny Tots Teachers will release newactivities, pre-recorded videos, printable worksheets and Zoom call meetingtimes. You can log in at the scheduled time to access the information or youcan do so on your own time. Zoom meetings will have scheduled times and need tobe conducted then.
Parents will need to navigate the site for their child and assist in at home activities.
Tiny Tots Teachers will be utilizing Google Classroomand Zoom.
Highly encouraged as children will need to practicetheir writing skills. However, if you have an iPad or tablet with a stylus youwill be able to access the material as well.
Since children are not structured to sit on a call,all Zoom meetings will be 30 minutes. Children will meet their friends, sharetheir favorite toys, participate in a circle time activity and more.
All materials will be available on the GoogleClassroom until one week after the class has ended.
A virtual program is an online class that you, your child, or together can enjoy in the comforts of your home or wherever you are with a computer, smartphone, or tablet. Our programs are LIVE, fun, and interactive, led by experienced staff, through Zoom Video Conferencing.
Zoom is an online platform for video and audio conferencing. Experienced instructors run diverse interactive classes through Zoom. Zoom is easily accessible by anyone with a computer, smartphone, or tablet. For information on how to access and download Zoom, please click here: Zoom Support.
The virtual program participant will need a reliable computer with a stable internet connection, webcam, mic, audio, and access to Zoom. Smartphone and tablets are also acceptable in place of a computer.
All virtual program participants will receive a Zoom Link a few days before class starts. The link will also include a Meeting ID and Password. You will need this to enter the secured classroom. Please ensure your correct contact email and phone number are on file. Be prepared for class by reading our Do’s & Don’ts of Virtual Recreation Programs.
The virtual program specific staff will arrange delivery to participants or schedule a pick-up, depending on the program. For deliveries, please ensure the correct address is on file, and correct email and phone number is on file for pick-up arrangements.
Yes, students may use their own LEGO collection of common pieces, or purchase the suggested assorted pack recommended by the contractor.
Depending on the program, either a PayPal link will be emailed to you, or if you are picking up your materials, you can pay at the location.

Yes, Staff, parents, and camp participants must wear mask to enter the facility, wait in line, sign theirchild into camp, or around others; entry/service may be refused if not following proper facecovering protocols. Per ACPHD guidelines, camp participants are required to wear facecoverings. Campers are allowed to take off their masks during lunch.
