  • Introduction: Wellness Expo (WE 2024) highlights include community resource representatives, interactive exercise demonstrations, health screenings, and vaccinations. Participate in a free demonstration and try something new like African Dance, Tai Chi, or Yoga!

Over 300 older adults participated in last year's WE 2023 and the city anticipates this year's event will draw even more enthusiasm!

A $7 lunch will be available for registered participants.
