A MANDATORY site walk-through meeting will be conducted. The purpose of the meeting is to give each Proposers the opportunity assesses space availability and requirements to provide an UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) Solution. Proposers are expected to be familiar with the details of the RFP prior to this meeting.
ATTENDANCE AT SITE WALK-THROUGH MEETING IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE PROPOSERS. PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY ANY PROPOSER WHO DOES NOT ATTEND THE SITE WALK-THROUGH MEETING.
In order to properly accommodate all prospective Proposers, each Proposers will be limited to two (2) representatives. The attendees must supply their own transportation.
All Prospective Proposers who will be attending the meeting shall RSVP to the Information Technology Services Department as to the name and number of attendees by emailing knakasone@fremont.gov with the name of those attending, and the Proposers they are representing. RSVPs will be due by Tuesday, November 12th at noon. Late RSVPs or day of substitutions will not be accepted.

Please arrive early to the Police Department to check-in at the front counter. Please have your valid government ID that matches the RSVP name provided to complete the check-in process. A sign-in sheet will be provided, attendees must sign the sign-in sheet in order to access the Police Department building.
