Responsibilities

The Real Property Section is responsible for the appraisal and acquisition of property interests needed for public projects. The section is also responsible for the management of City-owned properties and the sale of City-owned excess property.

Sale of Surplus Properties 

There are currently no City-owned properties for sale. If you would like to be notified once a City-owned property is listed, please contact the Engineering Division. 

City Rental Property 

There are currently no available rentals or vacant land for storage or staging purposes.
