If your business changes its name, ownership, or business location, a New Business Tax Application must be submitted, along with payment of a $30 record transfer tax. Complete a New Business Tax Application.

After you submit your online application, you will receive a Balance Due email, for $30, which you will be able to pay online, using the same URL. (‘Pay a Balance Due for your business tax account.’) For any other changes to your business tax account, please email us at businesstax@fremont.gov.
