Business Tax Account Renewal Required
Annual renewal or closure of a City of Fremont business tax account is required prior to the business tax certificate expiration date. A Business Tax Return Renewal Form is mailed from the City of Fremont to registered businesses in advance of the business tax certificate expiration date. The Return Renewal Form needs to be completed and returned to the City of Fremont Revenue Division, with the applicable business tax payment. If you have received a Business Tax Return Renewal Form, either by mail or by email, you may return the completed form by mail or renew your business tax account online.
