Income Limits for Affordable Housing

To qualify for affordable housing in Fremont, households must meet certain income limit requirements.

Please refer to the table below for the income limit requirements for affordable housing based on household size and percentage of the area median income (AMI).

To qualify for affordable housing, households must not earn more than the annual gross income listed in the table below based on their household size. For example, to qualify for a very low income unit at 50% AMI, a 2-person household must not earn more than $62,300 a year to qualify.

Please use the table as a guide to assist you in determining if you are income eligible for affordable housing. A printable PDF of the table is also available.
