Ride-On Tri-City! A Program of the Human Services Department.

Ride-On Helpline

Are you a senior or a person with a disability living in Fremont, Newark or Union City?

Do you have questions about:

  • Transportation alternatives to driving
  • Options for getting around on public transit
  • Obtaining and using a Clipper Card
  • Driver's license renewals
  • Obtaining a disabled person parking placard
  • Maintaining driving safety as you age
  • Getting to medical appointments outside of the Tri-City area

Transportation Resources Specialists from Ride-On Tri-City! can help answer questions about getting around in the community. They work with community members to access their transportation needs and get linked with the most appropriate services, including: public transit, Ride-On Tri-City! transportation services, ADA-paratransit services, Medi-Cal covered transportation benefits, volunteer driver programs, or DMV and older driver safety information.
