Located within a 10-acre park in the "Heart of Fremont". The combination facility-park location creates the perfect atmosphere for any rental occasion; ranging from family gatherings, to business meetings, to celebrations of all kinds.

Rooms

• Centerville Room accommodates 230 people. Spacious room includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen, and a ready dance floor.
• Niles Room accommodates 150 people. Spacious room includes an attached atrium, projector screen, and a ready dance floor. (No kitchen access)
• Meeting Room accommodates 50 people. Includes spacious counter space, projector screen/white board, two sinks, and an outdoor patio area. (No kitchen access)
• Picnic Area accommodates 40 people. Includes 4 picnic tables and two charcoal grills.

All rooms are provided with tables and chairs to accommodate the max capacity of each room.

Rental Rates

For all rentals, there is a Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit of $275.

*Applicants must provide proof of residency and/or proof of non-profit status at time of booking for discounted rates.
**Saturday rentals by Fremont Non-Profit groups are charged the hourly resident rate.
