Rental Rates

For ALL rentals, there is a Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit of $275. Full payment is required upon reserving.

*Applicants must provide proof of residency and/or proof of non-profit status at time of booking for discounted rates.
* Saturday rentals by Fremont Non-Profit groups are charged the hourly resident rate.

How to Reserve

• Submit completed  Rental Application Facility -  Picnic -  Park Packet via email or in person to Los Cerritos Community Center 3377 Alder Dr.  Fremont, CA 94536 (M-F 9:00am to 12:30pm & 2:00pm to 5:00pm). Include a copy of the applicant’s valid ID and verification of non-profit status (for non-profits only).
• Payment accepted by credit/debit card, check, and cash.
