Ceremonial Flag Display
On July 11, 2023 the Fremont City Council adopted a ceremonial flag policy to commemorate special observances that includes a process for an annual rotation of ceremonial flag observances each year along with criteria to assist them in choosing ceremonial flag displays.

Flag Raising – Flags will be raised by City staff and rotated based on the below noted calendar. Flags will be displayed in front of City Hall, 3300 Capitol Ave, Fremont, CA 94538.
