Email Requirements
Some City departments require a Fremont App account for Service Request types that may need follow-up for more information in order to respond to the request.
Instructions
- Select or Search for a Service Request Type, your request will automatically route to the correct Department.
- Where is the request?: Verify a Fremont location. You may be prompted to allow sharing your location with the browser to get an accurate location.
- Tell us more details: Answer any additional questions related to the request or provide details in the description.
- Attach photos or other media files: Optional.
- Keep this request private: Optional if you would not like to have the service request be discoverable by other Fremont App users.
Follow Up
Once service request is submitted, follow-up will be sent via email if a Fremont App account was created or an email address was provided.
