Background and Purpose: Security Item Giveaways
The Fremont Police Department Office of the Chief recently solicited donations from our local community to support ongoing crime mitigation and safety objectives. Although the City of Fremont remains one of the safest large cities in the nation, we want to do more and continue to partner with those who live, work, and play in this great city. In response to some of our community’s feedback, crime data and general safety best practices, our police department initiated a program that will utilize donations within our community to acquire and distribute safety equipment to Fremont residents at the Public Safety Fair.
The security items you received today are made possible by community donations and partnering agencies.
Thank you to our anonymous donors, sponsors, and partners:
- Veteran Affairs
- Winner International, Inc. (The Club Wheel Lock)
