The Building Appeals Board hears and decides appeals of orders, decisions, and determinations made by the City's Building Official and Fire Marshal related to building and fire codes.

Appeals Fee

A fee of $2,101 is associated with any appeal to the board. The fee becomes effective November 18, 2024.
