Overview

The Zoning Administrator is authorized to make decisions on Discretionary Design Review Permits, Zoning Administrator Permits, Variances, and modifications of zoning standards per the Fremont Municipal Code.

The Zoning Administrator is required to file an annual Statement of Economic Interests with the City Clerk.
