Mission

The mission of the Fremont Fire Department is to deliver the services necessary to minimize the loss of life and property threatened by the hazards of fire, medical and rescue emergencies, hazardous materials incidents, and disaster situations in our community.

Fire Operations

• Comprised of Battalion Chiefs and fire suppression, our personnel operate out of Fire Stations that are strategically located through out the City.
• Delivers fire, medical, rescue, and life-safety emergency services to the Fremont community with the goal of protecting lives, property, and the environment.

Services

The Department provides these services with an on-duty force comprised of Eleven fire engines, Two aerial ladder trucks,  One specialized hazardous materials unit, One heavy duty rescue, and two battalion chiefs. Each engine and truck company in the City of Fremont has at least one certified Paramedic assigned to it. The Department also provides Hazmat and Rescue services via our Special Operations Task Force.
