At this time, the City has no BMP homes for sale.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to purchase a BMP home, applicants must be a US citizen or permanent resident and must not have owned a home within the last three years. Priority will be given to those currently living or working in Fremont.
Income Requirements
The applicant's annual household gross income (before taxes) must meet the minimum and maximum limits listed below. For example, a 3-person household must earn at least $108,750 and no more than $168,150 a year before taxes to be eligible. Income requirements are subject to change based on the home for sale. Applicants with incomes close to the limits are still encouraged to apply.
- 2-person household: $96,650 - $149,500
- 3-person household: $108,750 - $168,150
- 4-person household: $120,800 - $186,850
- 5-person household: $130,500 - $201,800
- 6-person household: $140,150 - $216,750
- 7-person household: $149,800 - $231,700
- 8-person household: $159,500 - $246,650
Application and Loan Requirements
To make an offer on a BMP home, applicants must take the following steps:
Duplicate offers from the same household will be disqualified.
