Founded in 1999, the Fremont Family Resource Center Corporation (EIN 94-3333831), commonly referred to as the FRC Nonprofit, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity, as well as a 509(a) 4 Type 1 supporting organization. The FRC Nonprofit was established as a separate legal entity to accept funding for and otherwise assist the City of Fremont in connection with youth, family, and senior related services provided by the City that benefit the public.
