Benefits of Traineeships and Practicums with YFS

This program provides students an opportunity to see a wide variety of clients and respond to a range of presenting problems at multiple sites including in the Youth and Family Services clinic, elementary and secondary school sites, and at Fremont Police Department. Sessions can be video recorded for supervision purposes.

This program allows the opportunity for collaborative work, both with our internal case managers and other agencies at the Family Resource Center, other City departments, schools, mental health, and probation. YFS provides services to a diverse population.
