About the Project

The project will address the need for an upgraded restroom building in Centerville Community Park. The project scope of work includes the demolition of the existing restroom and meeting room structure and surrounding concrete pavement. Other scope of work includes the removal of two eucalyptus trees, and disconnection of all existing utilities servicing the old building including potable water, electrical and sewer. Building demolition shall include the abatement of and legal disposal of lead, asbestos, and polychlorinated biphenyl’s (PCB’s) from the structure prior to demolition. The new restroom building is slated for construction late summer 2024.

This project was managed by the Public Works Engineering/Facilities Department.
