About the Project

The scope of work for the Central Park Skate Park Picnic Area Modifications project includes the demolition of a concrete slab, removal and relocation of a picnic table and trash receptacles, removal and relocation of a shade structure from the south east side of the Skate Park to the northwest side of the Skate Park.

The project will include the installation of a new concrete slab and one additional shade structure at this northwest location, the installation of a cargo storage container on a new concrete slab on the south east side (adjacent to the Fremont Aqua Adventure Water Park), with additional fencing and access gate, and a six foot wide access pathway inside the water park, and any other such items or details that are required by the plans, standard specifications, and special provisions.
