Look Up Permit & Plan Records

  • With Citizen Access, the City's online permitting portal, anyone can look up permit record information from anywhere!
  • To look up information in Citizen Access, select "Search Records," select "Building," enter the address, change the start date to January 1, 1956 (to ensure all records since City incorporation are queried), and select "Search." For more information on how to use Citizen Access, read the User Guide.

Request Copies of Permit & Plan Records

In addition, the public can review permit records by visiting the City's Self-Help Center or submitting an online request. Digital and paper copies of records can also be obtained. More information is available below.
