About the Park
The California Nursery Historical Park is a 20-acre park that was once a thriving retail nursery and the epicenter of horticultural and arboricultural achievements and innovations. The park will tell the story of the California Nursery Company to current and future generations through the sharing of the site’s remaining historic buildings, majestic arboricultural resources, and display of the carefully preserved artifacts and documents.
Master Plan Implementation
The construction project at California Nursery Historical Park is guided by the Master Plan Document that was developed with input from the Fremont community.
In September 2021, City landscape architects presented the status of the current construction project to the Washington Township Historical Society. View the presentation to learn about future construction phases.
